Guarantee
The Paxes/Vapette is guaranteed for a period of 14 days from the date of purchase subject to being used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. This guarantee refers specifically to materials and workmanship. Paxes Vapette accepts no responsibility for any physical damage or damage to health that might arise from the use of the E-CIGARETTE. Paxes/Vapette’s liability in respect of any failure or defect is strictly limited to making good by repair or exchange. Repair or exchange will be made when it is shown to the reasonable satisfaction  that parts were defective in either materials or workmanship within the guarantee period stipulated. These guarantees are given in lieu of all conditions, warrantees, expressed or implied but without prejudice to the Buyer’s statutory rights. Any guarantee is invalid if the purchaser or his agent undertakes any repair or modification. Notwithstanding any other commitment, any guarantee only obliges paxes/vapette to the limit of the provisions of any guarantee provided to paxes/vapette by its suppliers. We will not be liable for any consequential loss or damage to any person or property howsoever caused, and liability for which is hereby completely excluded. Although in the opinion of its manufacturers and agents the use of the Vapette is unlikely to be the cause of any adverse reaction, we specifically excludes liability for any such adverse reaction on the part of any user or purchaser, whether such damage or adverse reaction be to a person or to property. The inhalation of nicotine can cause cardiac problems like arrythmias due to palpatations as a result of increased heart rate. Consumers use it at their risk. Paxes/Vapette refuses any responsibilty caused by consumption of the nicotine capsules.

Nicotine capsules, must be out of range of children and animals. The consumer of the nicotne capsules should follow inhalation instructions supplied with the e-cigarette

Postage
All UK orders are sent out by Royal Mail 1st Class post within 24hrs, Signed for, Special Delivery or courier. An order is considered lost by the Royal Mail if it has not been delivered within 15 working days. If your order fails to be delivered, please notify us via email info@vapette We will assist you with information you require to claim compensation from the Royal Mail or courier service for lost or damaged items.
