Usage Suggestions
Remove your battery when not in use, and at night. Batteries naturally drain themselves when attached to the device, so to prolong your battery life between charges, and the overall battery life we suggest you remove the battery when not in use.

If your cartridge seems to be running low, stand it on its end for a while- with the end you draw on upwards. This will allow the liquid to settle against the pad next to the atomiser. Remember to replace the cap before you do this to avoid spillage or damage to furniture, etc.

The charge time for the battery from empty to full is approximately 8 hours. We recommend you drain and recharge the battery fully to gain maximum lifespan.

Batteries and atomisers are expendable items and both have a limited lifespan. Order spares before yours reach the end of their life to allow continued usage of your products.

Atomisers can be cleaned using canned air, similar to that used to clean PC keyboards, or a cotton woll bud dipped in a little cleaning fluid such as nail polish remover- take care when using cleaner fluids and use the bud gently in a circular motion.

If your device is not smoking, ensure the battery is charged and the cartridge has fluid- try resting the cartridge as suggested above. You may need to use a new cartridge and recharge your battery. If you are still experiencing trouble you might need to replace the atomiser.
